No. This registry only collects safety reports from concerned consumers. We review submissions and may reach out if additional information is needed.
What documentation should I upload?
Receipts, order confirmations, product photos, lot numbers, recall notices, lab results, pediatric medical records, or correspondence with sellers are helpful.
How will my data be protected?
All files are uploaded via signed URLs, stored securely in Google Cloud Storage, and metadata is encrypted with AES-256. Only authorized administrators with multi-factor authentication can view submissions.
Can I remove my information later?
Yes. Email consumerregistry@gmail.com with your registration ID to request data deletion in accordance with GDPR/CCPA obligations.
